Map and CAD Data Pricing
GIS and CAD data models are priced by the deliverable. Data model work has a fixed dollar price whenever the scope is clear: a set price per mile or per square foot. When the schema, accuracy requirements, asset classes, or deliverable mix are more complex, we price it as a custom scope.
Per mile
Best for corridor data models such as streets, trails, fiber routes, electric distribution, gas lines, and public works networks.
Per square foot
Best for indoor, campus, facility, park, and building data models where the scope is tied to mapped area.
Custom quote
Best for custom schemas, mixed indoor and outdoor programs, CAD modeling, high-detail inventories, or specialized deliverables.

Common Questions
How long does prepaid processing last?
Your prepaid processing balance is valid for two years, so you can capture imagery in year one and process it in year two as your program ramps. It remains usable as long as you maintain an active subscription.
What hardware do I need?
GeoCam works with our professional-grade 360 camera. We provide the camera as part of your onboarding or can work with compatible equipment you already own.
What's included in VPS processing?
VPS (Visual Positioning System) processing covers cloud processing of your captured imagery—visual positioning, georeferencing, and preparation for the viewer. Cost depends on image count and complexity. We provide estimates before you start a project.
How accurate are measurements?
Measurement quality depends on capture conditions, image overlap, and scene geometry. GeoCam is designed for asset inventory, planning, and field verification workflows. Not a replacement for licensed survey where required. We recommend validating against known control points for engineering applications.
What export formats are supported?
GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML, CSV, and direct publishing to ArcGIS Online feature services. SSO integration with ArcGIS Online and Enterprise. QGIS project files are also supported. A REST API is available for programmatic access.
Can I share data with contractors?
Yes. Generate secure view links that give contractors access to specific areas without full platform access. Useful for construction coordination, field verification, and QA workflows.
What is GeoCam On-Prem?
GeoCam On-Prem is our on-premise / air-gapped deployment for command centers, emergency response, field operations, or anywhere network connectivity is limited. Available with Enterprise.
